VGC Volumetric Glassware Calibration System
The VGC is an automated calibration system designed for volumetric flasks, graduated cylinders, measuring cups, and single-line or graduated pipettes, in compliance with ASTM E542 and ISO 4787.
Given the high volume of volumetric glassware in use, the VGC offers a fully automatic solution with a storage capacity of 100+ items for unattended 24/7 operation—no human intervention required.
A integrated optical sensing module ensures automatic, accurate, and reliable alignment of the glassware marking with the liquid meniscus. Glassware is transported seamlessly from storage to calibration positions under intelligent software control, featuring a unique algorithm that optimizes timing and prevents conflicts.
For expanded capacity, the system supports modular storage of 100 x n, where n = 1, 2, 3, or more.
