The Gaslabo 2005 is a precision gas mixer designed for calibrating and linearizing gas analyzers and producing defined gas mixtures. It operates using sonic nozzles in accordance with ISO 6145/6 standards, ensuring exceptional accuracy and stability. The purely mechanical process generates binary mixtures from 0 to 100% in fixed steps without electronic control or influence from ambient pressure or temperature. Optional ISO 17025 calibration certificates from our accredited laboratory provide traceability to national standards.
The Gaslabo 7010 is a high-performance gas mixer designed for calibrating and linearizing gas analyzers and generating precise gas mixtures. Operating with mass flow controllers (MFCs) and compliant with ISO 6145/7, it allows flexible multi-gas blending of up to six gases plus a balance gas with multi-point capability. A user-friendly touch-screen interface simplifies operation, while automatic calculations support various gas types. Factory calibration of each MFC ensures traceability to primary standards and compatibility with US EPA methods.
The EU+34 is a unique instrument generating H2O2 vapor for calibrating H2O2 sensors. It has low cost of use and high returns as H2O2 is critical for disinfection and sterilization in many industries such as pharmacy and food.
The Gaslabo 1000 ozone generator is available in two models: 10 ppb–1 ppm at 3 L/min, or an extended range from 10 ppb–100 ppm at 3 L/min and 100–1000 ppm at 1 L/min. Options include an internal Zero Air generator with PSA technology for minimal maintenance, or a humidifier to test analyzer sensitivity to moisture. Portable, intuitive, and traceable to national standards, it is ideal for both ambient (ppb) and industrial (ppm) ozone monitoring.
The EU+30 is designed to calibrate formaldehyde gas analysers. Based on high precision mass flow and temperature controllers the EU+30 can generate formaldehyde gas accurately from low ppb to high ppm level.
The EU+32 is designed to calibrate trace oxygen (O2) analyzers for low ppm level.
It includes oxygen scavenger to absorb the oxygen in the 5N nitrogen to achieve a low level (10 ppb) of oxygen. A unique valve module is involved to simplify the operation.
The RGC is designed to treat the calibration gas before delivering to the gas analysers, gas sensors, or test cabinets. The calibration gas can be diluted, humidified or heated to specified parameters so that the devices under test are in specified conditions.
The Gaslabo 4010 is a multi-point, multi-gas calibrator designed for manual or remote calibration of air-quality monitoring analyzers measuring SO₂, HC/BTX, CO and NOx. Equipped with a high-precision binary gas mixer using mass flow controllers and mechanical pressure regulators, it can generate accurate dilutions down to low ppb levels. Optional permeation ovens of various sizes and materials (up to four per unit) enable generation of multiple calibration gases, including BTEX.
The FeNO-CaNO is designed to generate calibration gas to calibrate exhaled nitric oxide detectors used to measure the amount of nitric oxide in a person's breath to help diagnose and manage conditions like asthma.
The DOB-C13 is designed to generate calibration gas for 13C urea Hp breath tester with a DOB range of (0-50)‰.
